Bill Mrzlak

Bill Mrzlak is co-founder and managing partner of ChainSequence, Inc. He has
25 years of experience as a consultant in the optimization of business process and systems management.
His clients come from a wide range of industries, including the manufacturing, retail and health care fields.
He has been working with high-tech manufacturing companies since 1995, implementing supply chain
planning solutions.
From 1992 on, Mr. Mrzlak held the position of partner at a large nationwide consulting firm where he was
responsible for developing and maintaining new business accounts, while actively managing deployments at
existing accounts.
Since 1995, Mr. Mrzlak has focused on supply chain planning processes, and has worked with several international
electronic manufacturing organizations including Motorola, IBM, Compaq, AMD, and GLOBALFOUNDRIES. He had been
involved in the deployment of forecasting, planning, scheduling and execution business processes, as well as the
systems required to support them.
His specialization is in the area of business process re-engineering through facilitated
sessions, as well as managing systems development and deployments. He has driven the development of
best-in-class supply chain planning organizations and processes in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Mike Morrissette
President - Business Development
Mike Morrissette is co-founder and managing partner of ChainSequence, Inc. He has
over 35 years of experience in electronic manufacturing operations management and consulting experience supporting
all facets of manufacturing companies including finance, planning, and execution systems.
Mr. Morrissette has held numerous positions with Fairchild Semiconductor including being responsible for
Fairchild’s Southeast Asia Manufacturing Operations. He also led the company’s Computer Integrated
Manufacturing development organization, and held the same position for National Semiconductor upon their
acquisition of Fairchild.
In 1989, he joined Western Digital Corporation to start up their first disk drive manufacturing operations
headquartered in Singapore. He developed their operations in Singapore to include all material planning and
procurement, manufacturing, product engineering support, and supply chain management.
In mid-1992, Mr. Morrissette returned to the US and started consulting for large multi-national electronic
manufacturing firms. With his significant hands-on manufacturing operations experience, he has focused his
efforts on planning, scheduling, and execution systems, and the implementation of best-in-class supply chain
planning processes. During his consulting career he has been involved in two Global Business
Transformation Projects with major corporations in the U.S. and Japan.
